Packs do not renew automatically. Purchased units do not expire while your account exists; unused units pause on Free and resume with an active paid plan. Your dashboard shows purchase availability. Existing model views and downloads use no new generation.

A shareable page, one business and one owner seat, with 50 AI credits each month and one lifetime trial photoreal generation per eligible user. The trial does not reset when you create another account or business. AI and generation are available when enabled for your account; check the billing dashboard for their current status.
Yes. One billing account pays for its businesses and shares its AI credits, 3D generations, publishing capacity and knowledge allowance across them. Seats count distinct team members, including the owner, even when one person works in several businesses.
One successfully delivered standard textured model from your source image. Its normal GLB and AR derivatives belong to the same generation. Viewing or downloading it uses no new generation. Requesting another generation uses another unit; a technical failure returns the reserved unit. Results depend on the source image and are not guaranteed exact replicas.
New AI replies or generations stop when their available balance runs out. You can wait for the next included allowance, choose an eligible pack or review a higher plan. There are no automatic overage charges or automatic pack purchases.
You can turn off renewal from Billing when your subscription is active. The confirmed paid period continues until its displayed end date. Purchased pack units pause on Free and resume if you reactivate a paid plan. Review the cancellation and refund policy before paying; cancellation does not itself promise a refund.
Your Introify subscription pays for the platform. It is separate from what customers pay your business for products, services or bookings. Customer payment options depend on the methods enabled by each business, with their own prices, delivery terms and any gateway fees.
No. Custom domains, advanced automation, the platform API and some extended reporting tools are planned features. They are not included as currently working capabilities. AI, 3D and checkout availability is shown in Billing; SMS and voice services require separate activation and pricing.
