Who you are contracting with
These terms are an agreement between you and NLAMNETIC PRIVATE LIMITED, which operates Introify. By creating an account, buying a plan or using Introify, you accept these terms, the privacy policy, the refund and cancellation policy and the acceptable use policy.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Introify for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for it, and these terms bind that business.

The service
Introify is an online software service: a hosted business page with an AI assistant that answers visitors' questions from the information the business adds, plus tools for enquiries, bookings, listings, digital products and optional WhatsApp intake. It is delivered online; there is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
Features depend on your plan and on what is currently available. Features described as planned or coming soon are not part of what you buy.
Your account
- Sign-in is provided through Clerk (email one-time code or Google). Keep access to your email and account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give accurate information, and only create pages for yourself or businesses you represent.
- Team members you invite act on your behalf. Remove access when it is no longer needed.
Plans, prices and payment
Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. In India, prices are shown and charged in Indian rupees (INR): Free ₹0, Pro ₹1,499 per month and Business ₹3,999 per month. These INR prices exclude GST. At checkout, 18% GST is added and shown before payment: CGST 9% and SGST 9% when the buyer is in Karnataka, otherwise IGST 18%. Outside India, plans are shown in US dollars.
Payments in India are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and other methods Razorpay offers) as a one-month prepaid order. There is no automatic renewal and no payment mandate. When the paid month ends, the account returns to Free unless you pay for another month. Paying again extends access by one month. International payments may be processed by Stripe if that gateway is enabled; a Stripe subscription can renew until you turn it off. GST invoices for Introify plans are issued by NLAMNETIC PRIVATE LIMITED.
Access to paid features starts when the payment gateway confirms the payment. The plan is software access in the browser. Introify does not ship a physical product for its own plans.
AI credits and 3D generations are usage allowances, not money. Monthly allowances reset each billing month without rollover. Allowances are shared by all businesses on one billing account.
We may change prices for future billing periods with at least [TO CONFIRM: price-change notice period] days' notice. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Cancellation
India plans paid through Razorpay do not renew by themselves. Dashboard → Billing shows the paid-through date. Pay for another month there if you want to extend access. If a Stripe subscription is renewing automatically, choose Turn off renewal in Dashboard → Billing. In either case the paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. Refunds are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us a licence to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run Introify for you (for example, to show your page and to send it to the AI provider that generates replies).
You are responsible for your page: that you have the rights to what you publish, and that your prices, claims, licences, availability and policies are accurate and lawful. Business pages are public.
AI assistant
The AI assistant answers from the information you provide, using third-party AI models. It can make mistakes. It is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Businesses should review what their assistant says and correct their information when needed.
The assistant is told not to invent prices, availability or confirmations, and bookings or orders are only confirmed by the business or through the booking flow, not by the assistant's wording.
Purchases from businesses on Introify
When a visitor pays a business listed on Introify (for an appointment, product, course or event), that is a contract between the visitor and the business. The business is responsible for its offer, prices, fulfilment, refunds and customer service. Business prices are shown in the business's own currency.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading, infringing, obscene, hateful or harmful content, and nothing prohibited by Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules, 2021.
- No impersonation, spam, scraping, attempts to bypass limits, payments or security, or misuse of the AI assistant or WhatsApp channel.
- Follow the acceptable use policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will act on valid orders from courts or government agencies as the law requires.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Introify available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice and a fair remedy for the period you already paid for.
Liability
Introify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business.
Our total liability for any claim relating to Introify is limited to [TO CONFIRM: liability cap, for example the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you publish or your breach of these terms.
Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or where the law requires, with notice where reasonable. Save a copy of anything important before closing your account.
Governing law and disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. This does not limit your right to approach a consumer commission or other forum available to you by law.
